The first step
If you feel that you could benefit from the opportunity to talk about the difficulties you face call me to arrange an initial consultation.
In this first session we can explore how counselling could help you, before deciding to begin regular weekly sessions. The regularity and frequency is important to the work, so deciding to attend counselling is a commitment.
Taking the first step may not be easy but it will allow you to consider alternative options you may not have considered or different ways of coping. If we decide to work together, we would agree to meet for 50-minute sessions on either a weekly or fortnightly basis.
